This is a vintage nut chopper / pecan grinder made by Federal Housewares.
The glass container is marked Federal Housewares Chicago, Illinois on the bottom with the number 45 and Nibot Corporation. The top of the container is the classic baby pink and is plastic with the metal teeth inside. The top is present and you can see in the pictures.
