Set of Two Siesta Bookends. Marble or Onyx like material . Fairly heavy weighing 1 pound 6 ounces each. The bookends are not perfect and I will describe to the best of my ability. They are constructed of 3 separate pieces. The base, the man, and the saguaro cactus. The man is glued to the base and the saguaro is both glued and screwed into the base. On one of the bookends, the screw that holds in the cactus may be stripped and glue might work better. The glue shows upon close inspection but i found no cracks or chips to the pieces.
This is a sturdy set of bookends that would work well in rustic, southwestern, or shabby chic decor. The base is 3 5/8ths inches long and 2.5 inches wide the height is 5.75 inches from the bottom of the base to the top of the saguaro cactus. The darker color is harder to find and would make a great accent for your home.
