Solid bank of 25 oak filing cabinets, 1920’s, made in England, this is a large bank of English drawers marked with ‘GRV’ and the Crown logo which means the cabinet was made in the reign of King George the Fifth and was specifically made and inventoried for a public building. The cabinet itself is crown marked as are all the solid brass name tags on the drawers. The whole piece is made from solid oak. All the drawers are original and open and operate smoothly, some of them have wood center dividers, all handles and brass are original, 65" wide, 15.5" deep and 52" tall. Very good original condition.
